​Postage inclusive costs are within Australia for standard post. Please email your location to get an exact cost if international

Additional postage payment may be requested if required destination is outside Australia

As each pillow & tote bag is made on request, delivery within Australia should be expected 14-21days from order placement.

Please allow 21days prior to requesting any replacement/refund for goods not received.

If refund or replacement is requested please advise us in writing including photos if appropriate. Return of the item if practical.

Refunds will comprise item cost less postage paid, refunded to c/card or paypal as appropriate. Allow 7-14days to process refund requests.
