Returns only accepted if wrong goods were shipped or goods have visible/functional defects.

 

Email us reasons for return before returning goods. Please include supporting images where applicable.

 

Do not return item(s) to us before receiving email notification and authorisation from us.

 

Please include a copy of the email authority with the item being returned.

 

Sale/clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery received.

 

Item must be in perfect unworn condition with tags in place.

 

We do not accept responsibility for returned item until it is received back.

 

We advise customers to use tracking numbers when returning goods.

 

No liability for lost packages and goods damaged in transit.

 

Postage charges are non-refundable.

 

Taxes must be considered forfeit as they are no longer within our control.

 

If approved, a Credit note will be issued within 14 days of receiving goods.

 

Any refund due will be made via Paypal to the same Acct or CC used in initial transaction
